Here at Everybodys Beautiful we aim to offer the highest standard of treatment and customer service, below are our salon policies, please take a read through.
Gift Certificates are available for an amount or treatment/s of your choice. Gift Certificates are valid for a period of a year from the date of purchase are non-refundable, under no circumstances will a voucher be extended, however treatments can be exchanged with another treatment of choice. If your voucher is for a value and you don't use the total in one visit we will still keep your remaining balance as credit until the expiry date of your voucher.
Occasionally we run salon offers and also offers through promotional companies, these vouchers have an end date which is made clear at time of purchase. Please take note of this as salon spaces are limited we would like to make you aware vouchers will not be extended past the end date so please get these booked in as soon as you can to secure your day of choice.
We appreciate some un avoidable events may crop up that could effect your booking however we request where possible that clients provide us with at least 24 hours notice (preferably 48 hours) to cancel or re-schedule an appointment to avoid paying a 50% cancellation charge.
To make your visit as relaxing as possible we ask that all mobile phones be switched off or on silent during your appointment to avoid you or any other customers being disturbed.
A consultation form must be filled out prior to a treatment being given. Please inform us of any medical conditions including pregnancy when booking, as some treatments may not be appropriate for you. We ask you to also keep us up to date with any changes to your details so that we can offer you the best service.
We kindly request that you arrive on time for appointments so that we can ensure that full treatment time is given to you and to prevent inconvenience to other clients and a consultation form will be filled out on first appointment.
No Smoking Policy
The salon operates a strict no smoking policy.
All clients will be given a thorough consultation at their first visit. This information is completely confidential.
We currently accept cash and card payments (we do not accept American Express)
We hope you are always delighted with your treatments and customer service you receive; however if you feel you have a complaint we ask that you let us know. Please tell us at your appointment if you feel there has been any issues; if you leave and decide afterwards that you were not happy with anything please contact us by phone or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 48 hours of your treatments.
